Thierry Mugler Angel 50ml

Mugler Angel is a glamorous fragrance for the woman who is half-angelic and half-devilish. Mugler’s star has five points, symbolizing perfection. Due to the unique creation process, each refillable bottle is unique, making each star a cherished object for the woman who owns it.

This ground-breaking fragrance has been a best-seller for the past 20 years. Created in 1992 by perfumers Yves de Chiris and Olivier Cresp.

“Angel originates from an indulgent vanilla-patchouli accord. When Monsieur Mugler spoke to us about his memories of the carnival, the taste of marshmallow, cotton candy, and grilled almonds: that was the inspiration.” Olivier Cresp

The refillable Shooting Star flaçon features sculpted facets, which reflect light & shadow.

Spokesmodels for the fragrance form an appropriately ‘stellar’ list & include Naomi Watts, Eva Mendes, Jerry Hall & her daughter Georgia May Jagger.

ALL PERFUMES ARE FAR FROM EQUAL

We offer NZ’s best prices for a discerning market. Enjoy prices that are a cut above bargain basement and well below department stores. Our fragrances are the genuine article, but it is the integrity or quality of the perfume that matters. There are many reasons why perfumes spoil, often well before they are purchased by the consumer. Heat is the biggest culprit (that we term baked, like wine).

      FROM WHOLESALER TO RETAILER

Many perfume discounters use sea freight for a month or so without climate control in a metal container ( New York to Auckland) plus however long they sit on the dock. At Designer Direct we only use Air Freight. Costly but your nose will love you.

      CLIMATE CONTROL

The cheaper the fragrance, the less of a bargain you’re getting, and the more likely it was stored with a lack of climate-controlled warehousing. Both our NZ stores where we ship orders from have climate control.
