FLOWERBOMB by VIKTOR & ROLF 50ml

The original Eau de Parfum, launched in 2005 and created by perfumers Domitille Bertier, Carlos Benaim and Olivier Polge. The iconic flaçon design is by Fabien Baron.

FLOWERBOMB by VIKTOR & ROLF 50ml l is an explosive floral bouquet. Unexpected. The essence of thousands of flowers gives rise to an ultra-feminine, delicious and sensual fragrance. A bouquet of tens of cattleyas, hundreds of sambac jasmine, thousands of freesia, and millions of rose petals enriched by an addictive scent of patchouli and vanilla.

Flowerbomb opens with subtle traces of bergamot and mandarin, leading to a heart of an exquisite floral explosion, comprised of sambac jasmine, freesia, centifolia rose, and osmanthus. Deep amber, woody, and patchouli notes combine with warm vanilla and praline notes to complete a truly addictive fragrance. Wear it for a night out on the town with the girls, a romantic dinner, a spontaneous adventure with no definite destination. Flowerbomb ensures you’ll leave a trail of allure wherever you go.

For Flowerbomb, Viktor & Rolf dreamed up a theatrical bottle, elegantly faceted like a pink diamond. The hardness of diamond and the strength of the fragrance within to turn any negative into a positive—combined with the femininity of pink—was their inspiration.

The bottle was designed by Fabien Baron, in shape of diamond-granate, alluding at the fragrance itself, since it is so explosive, sophisticated and glamorous. It was introduced at the 10th anniversary of Viktor&Rolf house’s work. It is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml EDP and EDT.

Top Notes: Bergamot, Tea & Osmanthus

Heart Notes: Centifolia Rose, Jasmine & Freesia

Base Notes: Patchouli, Amber & Vanilla

The new campaign features actress, Anya Taylor-Joy.

Reviews of Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf

ALL PERFUMES ARE FAR FROM EQUAL

We offer NZ’s best prices for a discerning market. Enjoy prices that are a cut above bargain basement and well below department stores. Our fragrances are the genuine article, but it is the integrity or quality of the perfume that matters. There are many reasons why perfumes spoil, often well before they are purchased by the consumer. Heat is the biggest culprit (that we term baked, like wine).

FROM WHOLESALER TO RETAILER

Many perfume discounters use sea freight for a month or so without climate control in a metal container ( New York to Auckland) plus however long they sit on the dock. At Designer Direct we only use Air Freight. Costly but your nose will love you.

CLIMATE CONTROL

The cheaper the fragrance, the less of a bargain you’re getting, and the more likely it was stored with a lack of climate-controlled warehousing. Both our NZ stores where we ship orders from have climate control.
