The name Amouage has been carefully selected. Although it sounds French, it is a purely conceptual term consisting, first, of the Arabic term “Amwaj”, which means wave, and on the other from the French word for love, “amour”.
So Amouage means in a broader sense “the waves of emotions.” The unique name reflects the spirit of the fragrances: their grace, their luster, and their feeling – a very special gift for all those you love!
