Black XS was created in 2005 by Olivier Cresp. This perfume is definitely masculine. Knowing the desire of some women to wear men’s fragrances, it can be said that no woman would dare to wear Black XS despite of its soft and warm woodsy notes and even sweet notes of the drydown. Citrusy opening makes a great introduction into the sweet and spicy heart of the composition. Deep and dark sweet fruity notes of the heart are replaced by woodsy notes and amber in the base. In such sweet surrounding amber tends to take a tobacco nuance, while the musk tames the extreme masculinity of this scent.
Follow his instinct, intensely, excessively. Break the codes. Capture the moment. The Black XS perfume embodies extreme no-holds-barred freshness. A fragrance with radical, sensual and unpredictable charm. Rock. In excess. Follow his instinct, intensely, excessively.
The radical charm of a woody oriental fragrance that collides with the lemon notes of Calabria and Kalamanzi. Black XS perfume enters the room with an abundance of fresh energy. The praline-cinnamon heart is full-bodied, sensual and unpredictable. Black amber and patchouli provide absolute power. A perfume for men with singular intensity.
A lively, woody oriental that exudes raw energy, radical charm and the spirit of rock’n’roll.
Opening with herbed citrus notes, created with Calabrian lemon and sage, which give way to its gourmand heart – soft chocolate and pecan blend deliciously with cinnamon, Tolu balsam and black cardamom. The base is masculine and woody with notes of rosewood, ebony, patchouli and black amber.

We offer NZ’s best prices for a discerning market. Enjoy prices that are a cut above bargain basement and well below department stores. Our fragrances are the genuine article, but it is the integrity or quality of the perfume that matters. There are many reasons why perfumes spoil, often well before they are purchased by the consumer. Heat is the biggest culprit (that we term baked, like wine).
Many perfume discounters use sea freight for a month or so without climate control in a metal container ( New York to Auckland) plus however long they sit on the dock. At Designer Direct we only use Air Freight. Costly but your nose will love you.
